Attemis has an extensive experience with companies in the telecom business. Telecommunications are one of the most dynamically developing businesses. In this aspect servicing telecom companies is a great challenge and we managed to improve ourselves in a broad range of accounting services. For all our customers we developed chart of accounts compliant with their requirements.

This requires a good understanding of the business of our customers, systematic approach to the booking of the different type of expenses and excellent control system.

Telecommunications is a capital intensive sphere. For example, as a total our customers invested more than 1 million USD in equipment and sold as much to their customers. We made the bookings for all these transactions. We have a good experience in keeping Fixed Assets ledgers, as well as inventory for resale and its write - off.

All of our clients have entrusted with us their payroll preparation, labor contract management and labor contract registration with the Social Security.
Four of our customers have also authorized us to make payments on their behalf via electronic banking software. Using a system of approvals and controls we make payment on their behalf.

For some of our major customers we are preparing billing statements and invoices. We have developed a customized software for the preparation of billing statements, which automatically links with our accounting program for the issuing and booking of invoices. We are also responsible for the AR for these two customers.
